Fizz Esky Giveaway T&C’s

  1. This promotion is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions.
  2. Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
  3. This promotion runs from 11am 30th November 2023 until midnight on the 21st December 2023.
  4. One winner will be drawn and contacted via Instagram on the 22nd December 2023.
  5. Prize to be won is 1x Fizz Esky to the value of $80.
  6. Prize cannot be substituted for other items.
  7. The promoters accept no responsibility for the winner/s not being able to claim the prize.
  8. All entries and attendees must be over 18 years of age.
  9. An eligible entry includes the following steps:
    1. Follow the steps for entry on the Instagram post
    2. OR visit the Noosa Surf Club and take a photo in front of our Christmas display and tag #noosasurfclub.
  10. Prize will be posted to the winner in Australia only.
  11. The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for any product.
  12. The promoters shall not be liable for any cost, loss or expense arising out of the acceptance of the prize or participation in the prize draw including any damage or injury suffered or sustained including personal injury, loss of opportunity or profit or damage to property whether direct or indirect or consequential or due to the deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter or otherwise. The Promoter does not warrant or represent the quality, suitability or merchantability of the goods offered as prizes.
  13. The promoters reserve the right to change details of the prize at any time. Any change in the value of the prize during the entry period and the date the prize is received is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
  14. The promoters may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw at its absolute discretion.
  15. Facebook and Instagram are in no way affiliated with the competition or the promotion of this competition. The social platforms are merely used as a communication tool for the promoters to promote this competition.
  16. Employees and the immediate family of employees of Noosa Surf Club & Social Tap Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
